Providence Ponds Flora and Fauna Reserve, VIC (Nov, 2012)

At Providence Ponds Flora and Fauna Reserve we came across several stands of callistemons in full flower. They were stunningly beautiful and it was interesting to see that different species of birds seemed to have their own stands.

One stand was primarily attended by Yellow-faced Honeyeaters and Little Wattlebirds, another stand by New Holland Honeyeaters, and in a third we only saw Eastern Spinebills.
